Meet The Founders
During my business and French degree in 2001, I came to work for a Tour Operator based in the Alps and knew it was where I wanted to be based. After developing a French ski property department for an investment company in the UK, I moved to the Tarentaise to head operations for another company in 2011. I wanted to move back into property so I spent several years working in acquisitions for a local notary, and realised that there was a gap in the market for a truly dedicated service for buyers. After living in Tignes for seven years, I moved to Séez where I now live with my husband and children.
I came to do 'Just One Season' in 1997, and never went home. My career has been in property ever since, management, rentals, finally taking the plunge to move into sales a few years ago. After juggling between representing both sellers and buyers, I realised that a buyer's agent was needed here in the French Alps. I decided to make the switch to becoming a truly independent advisor for buyers. Ellie and I started began to discuss the concept, and The Alpine Buyers Agent was born. I originally lived in Val d'Isére, before moving down to Sainte Foy Tarentaise and finally to Séez.
